Our journey began with a simple idea - the idea that a helping hand can change lives...
Reach Projekt was founded in 2021, during the pandemic, by three siblings of passionate students. Like many, we were searching for ways to pass the time during lockdowns, and that’s when our parents bought a 3D-printer. What started as a simple passing time quickly evolved into a journey of discovery and transformation. As we delved deeper into the world of 3D printing, we were astounded by its endless potential in the field of health technology, particularly prosthetics.
The world of prosthetics has been characterized by high cost and limited access, often leaving those in need with few options. We realized that 3D printing technology has the power to transform that limitation into an opportunity. It allows us to customize the prothetics limbs in significantly more cost-effective way, enabling us to offer life-changing prothetic limbs for free to those in needs in our community. Thus, empowering them to regain their independence and confidence, while allowing us to give back to our community.
